FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a compound of formula I, its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, a method for treating multiple sclerosis, and a therapeutic composition. In formula I, X1 is N or C(R7), R2 and R4 are both hydrogen, R5 is hydrogen or halogen, R6 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, benzyloxy, C1-C3-alkoxy and C1-C3-alkyl, where each of the following: alkyl and alkoxy group, may contain one to three halogens, or R6 together with R7 and with the C atoms to which they are attached, form a 5- or 6-membered aromatic or non-aromatic ring, which may contain 1 or 2 ring-forming N-atoms, wherein said ring is unsubstituted, R7, if present, is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and halogen, or R7 together with R6 form a ring as described above, R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, methoxy, ethoxy, fluoromethoxy and fluoroethoxy, R10 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, cyano, halogen, C3-C5-cycloalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy and C1-C4-alkyl, where each of the following: alkyl and alkoxy group, may have one to three substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen and fluoro(C1-C3)alkoxy, R11 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fluorine and methoxy, X2 is N or C(R12), R12 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methoxy and halogen.
EFFECT: compound of formula I with GPR17 inhibitory activity, used for the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
