SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining biologically active substances from plants, in particular, obtaining a protein-peptide nature agent with a tissue structure restoring effect, which is subsequently used as a substance for pharmaceutical and food products. An agent of protein-peptide nature has been created, which has a tissue structure-restoring effect, characterized by being a mixture of a protein fraction with a molecular weight in the range of 15–94 kDa and a peptide fraction with a molecular weight in the range of 1–10 kDa with an electrophoretic mobility of Rf 0.9–1, in the ratio of proteins:peptides from 10:1 to 1:10, respectively, obtained by extracting the crushed parts of plants, where the plants are selected from the leaves of the great plantain, aloe vera, hazel leaves and blueberries, to a particle size of 1×1 cm to 2×2 cm water-salt solution composition (g/l): NH4NO3 — 0.4–4, KNO3 — 0.51–4.04, CaCl2×2H2O — 0.07–7, MgSO4×7H2O — 0.123–1.23, KH2PO4 — 0.068–0.68, kept in a refrigerator at a temperature of 0–15°C for 1–5 hours, centrifugation of the extract to remove tissue debris, precipitation of the protein-peptide fraction with 50–100% ammonium sulfate, purification of the supernatant fraction using electrophoresis and dialysis. Electrophoresis is carried out under non-denaturing conditions in 12.5–15% PAAG, then the protein and peptide fractions are eluted with saline for 1–4 days at +4°C, dialyzed against distilled water for 1–4 days at +4°C and then the obtained purified biologically active fractions are combined, diluted to concentrations of 10-7–10-19 mg/ml and used in food or pharmaceutical products.
