SUBSTANCE: method for producing a granular DGAL-Cl sorbent is presented, including dosing of the DGAL-Cl powder and binder for granulation, mixing, dosing of the binder solvent, granulation, air and vacuum degassing and screening of the obtained granules of the DGAL-Cl sorbent, recovery of the binder solvent by condensation, characterized by the fact that granulation is performed using a granulator-mixer equipped with a rotor that ensures creation of a vortex field from material particles and a vapour-air mixture inside the granulator-mixer body; mixing of the mixture of DHAL-Cl powder, binder and dosed binder solvent is carried out in the body of the granulator-mixer; air and vacuum degassing of the obtained granular sorbent DGAL-Cl is carried out sequentially in the body of the granulator-mixer.

EFFECT: reduced cost of granulation of the DGAL-Cl sorbent and recovery of the binder solvent during granulation.
