SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for setting the path of movement and a device for setting the path of movement. A method for setting a driving path for a vehicle is claimed, in which the established driving path of the vehicle in question includes a driving path that turns through another lane at an intersection. Said method is configured to set the driving path for turning the vehicle to the inside of the turning direction, detecting whether there are two or more lanes to turn before the intersection, setting the driving path to the inside of the turning direction. Setting the driving path to the inside of the turning direction is performed when the vehicle in question is driving in the first turning lane, which is a lane other than the farthest lane in the turning direction, among the turning lanes, and when an adjacent vehicle is present in the second lane traffic to turn outside the first lane to turn in the direction of the turn, compared to the case where no adjacent vehicle was detected.

EFFECT: increased safety of operation of the vehicle.
