SUBSTANCE: implant for placement in the heart vessel is expandable from the non-expanded state to the expanded state and has a larger outer diameter than in the storage state. The implant has a main body with first and second ends and a central section located between the first and second ends. The central portion of the implant has a larger outer diameter than the first and second ends of the implant when the implant is in the expanded state. The implant further comprises a replaceable valve located at the first end of the implant for placement on the aortic valve, a self-expanding aortic stent frame located at the second end of the implant for placement in the ascending aorta; two or more internal branches for connection with other vessels. Internal branches depart from the main body. In the expanded state, the diameter of the implant decreases between the first end and the central region, as well as between the second end and the central region. A delivery device for an implant and a method of delivering an implant using the device are disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing reconstruction of the ascending aorta with replacement of the aortic valve.
