SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes 3,7-disubstituted [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-b][1,2,4,5]tetrazines of formula I–VI and a method of their preparation. Where R = 2-pyridyl, R1 = 3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl (I); R = pyrazole, R1 = methoxy (II); R = 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl, R1 = methoxy (III); R = 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl, R1 = ethoxy (IV); R=3-nitrophenyl, R1 = isopropoxy (V); R = methyl, R1 = ONa (VI).
EFFECT: 3,7-disubstituted [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-b][1,2,4,5]tetrazines of formula I–VI having antibacterial activity.
