SUBSTANCE: method of preparing human tooth enamel preparations for biochemical studies is carried out using zonal preparation using Frios diamond disks with a diameter of 8 mm and a thickness of 0.25 mm in the projection of the tooth tubercles and the chewing surface within the enamel layer to a depth of not more than 2 mm, with immersion from 3 up to 5 times with an interval of no more than 2 seconds and control of its thickness with a caliper, the resulting enamel biopsy with a thickness of not more than 2 mm is dried using a cellulose cloth until moisture disappears, placed in a Kohler bone mill, crushed to a powder state for 2 minutes, packaged in a disposable bag with a zip lock 6× 8 cm and delivered to the laboratory.

EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the preparation of tooth enamel preparations for subsequent high-precision biochemical studies under the control of sampling of its required thickness, degree of grinding, which makes it possible to investigate the entire spectrum of biochemical elements of tooth enamel, taking into account the pronounced variability of the macro- and microscopic structure.
