SUBSTANCE: following is disclosed: a method of obtaining preparations of the enamel-dentin junction of human teeth for biochemical studies, including extraction followed by cleaning the tooth surface from fragments of bone and soft tissue, and periodontal ligament. Tooth fragmentation in the mesio-distal direction is carried out using diamond disks with a diameter of 5 mm and a thickness of 0.15 mm, after which the tooth fragment is fixed and placed in the field of view of a light microscope to visualize the enamel-dentin junction, then the tooth preparation is fragmented zonally by immersing a diamond disk to a depth of not more than 2 mm at intervals when immersing the diamond disk for not more than 2 seconds, departing from the enamel-dentin junction by 0.5 mm, first from the enamel side, then from the dentin side, until a biopsy sample of the enamel-dentin junction with a thickness of up to 2 mm is obtained. using a caliper to control the thickness of the biopsy, then the biopsy of the enamel-dentin junction is dried until visible moisture disappears using a cellulose wipe, placed in a Kohler bone mill and ground to a powder within 4 minutes, the crushed preparation is placed in a disposable bag with a 6x8 zip-lock clamp cm and delivered to the laboratory.
EFFECT: invention improves the preparation of preparations of the enamel-dentin junction of teeth for subsequent high-precision biochemical studies under precise and objective control of taking the required thickness and degree of grinding, which makes it possible to study the entire range of biochemical elements of the enamel-dentin junction of teeth, taking into account the pronounced variability of the structure of enamel and dentin.
