FIELD: optical sensors.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for analytical purposes, such as qualitative and quantitative determination of ultra-small amounts of a substance using Raman-scattering spectroscopy. The method involves deposition on a solid-state substrate of a multicomponent film containing a component of the plasmonic material and chemical elements selected from the range of Si, Zn, Nb, Ti, Zr, N, O, the energy of formation of compounds between which is higher than that of the compounds of these elements with the plasmonic material, from which then, as a result of energy impact, a supporting layer and an array of plasmonic material nanoparticles on top of it are former simultaneously.
EFFECT: invention prevents reduction of the effect of amplification of the Raman signal from the substance under study and, accordingly, the loss of sensitivity of the substrate for obtaining giant Raman spectra during storage.
