SUBSTANCE: recombinant plasmid DNA pFGF2 has been proposed, encoding the complete amino acid sequence of the polypeptide of the basic human fibroblast growth factor, ensuring stable recombination of expression cassettes in the Pichia pastoris genome, as well as expression of the target protein in the culture fluid. A recombinant strain of Pichia pastoris GS115FGF2 is also proposed, which is a producer of the main human fibroblast growth factor and obtained by transforming cells of the Pichia pastoris strain GS115 (his4, mut+) with the above recombinant plasmid pFGF2.

EFFECT: invention provides a high level of expression of the target protein in the culture fluid.
