SUBSTANCE: plastic closure of the fistula is performed with a fat autograft. First, the foot plate of the stapes is de-epithelialized around the bone defect to a width of 0.2-0.3 mm, removing the soft tissue membrane of the formed cyst-like protrusion above its surface. The surgical field is dried by passively soaking sterile absorbent material, placing its fragment in the projection of the round window until the perilymph flow stops.

EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of surgical treatment of non-inflammatory perilymphatic fistulas of the oval window of the labyrinth by increasing the reliability of their plastic closure with the formation of a scar membrane isolating the site of the existing defect.
