SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for producing virus-free planting material of strawberry varieties using a modernized nutrient medium for the multiplication stage, based on replacing chemically pure (CP) or analytically pure (AP) reagents used to create a standard nutrient medium Murashige & Skoog medium including vitamins original concentration (1962), for complex water-soluble fertilizers AgroMaster 15.5.18 and Agromix. The method involves preparing a modernized medium consisting of the following components, mg/l: AgroMaster 15.5.18 - 3375, Ammonium nitrate - 825, Agromix - 1000, CaCl2 - 332, Thiamine, Pyridoxine, Nicotinic acid - 0.5 each, Mesoinositol - 100, Sucrose - 20000, Agar-agar - 8000, 6 VAR - 1, distilled water - the rest, the volume is filled to 1 liter with distilled water, as a result of which the pH is set at 5.6-5.8, then the resulting nutrient medium is poured into cultivation containers and autoclaved at a pressure of 1 atmosphere for 20 minutes, when the medium cools down, it is poured into containers in a laminar flow unit and the explants are transferred to a nutrient medium, followed by the containers being transferred to a light room with a temperature of 24±2°C and an illumination level of 5 thousand lux with a 16-hour duration of the light phase, the method is performed three times under supervision, the indicators are recorded every 7 days.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the microclone method of propagation of strawberry planting material.
