The activation of the solution is carried out by a laser device with a power of 0.8 W,λ≈ 405 nm exposure for 5 minutes from a distance of 5 cm.

EFFECT: use of a salt solution of the photosensitizer Photoditazin provides an effective reduction in bacterial contamination of carcasses without compromising the quality and organoleptic changes in products.
