FIELD: traffic control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for recording traffic violations. When implementing the method, an image of a given section of the road is captured by a video recording device in the opposite direction of the moving vehicles. An RFID reader with at least two passive tags and transceiver antennas performs radio frequency identification of vehicles. Transmits data to an electronic computing device. The data from this device is transferred to the interface module. The data from the interface module on the joint results of video recording and radio frequency identification of vehicles by their license plate is sent to the license plate matching block, which also receives data from the state license plate database. The output signal of the license plate matching unit is transmitted to an electronic computing device. One of the passive RFID reader tags recording the state license plate is embedded in the front license plate of the vehicle, and the other is embedded in the rear license plate. One transceiver antenna is used to identify the front license plates, and the other is used for the rear license plates.
EFFECT: improved quality of vehicle identification.
