SUBSTANCE: method for removing extracellular nanosized vesicles from blood plasma. The method is distinguished by the use of DNA aptamers, covalently immobilized on the surface of a biocompatible matrix, as ligands for sorption of vesicles, the spatial structure of which ensures specific and effective binding of the components of the surface membrane of nanovesicles.
EFFECT: expanding the scope of methods for removing extracellular nanovesicles from blood plasma for use in the field of efferent therapy methods or therapeutic plasma absorption.
