FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the rehabilitation of patients with postoperative scars and pain in the lower back. The method is correcting the functional asymmetry of the spine, identified by the results of tests on the Redcord suspension system, and is implemented by at least a single intra-scar injection of a medicinal product based on Botulinum toxin type A in an amount of 0.1 ml of the finished solution. The criteria for inclusion of a patient in rehabilitation are a scar assessment by a dermatologist on the POSAS scale of at least 20 points and a patient self-assessment of at least 10 points, a quantitative VAS score of more than zero points and the patient's results of testing on the Redcord suspension system, rated less than 3 scores in one of the tests, and the presence of a difference in scores on the same line of the right and left sides of the body. Efficiency assessment is carried out 3 weeks after its implementation. The effect is considered achieved when the quantitative assessment of pain intensity VAS = 0, the results of post-rehabilitation testing of the patient on the Redcord suspension system, rated at least 3 points in one of the tests, in the absence of a difference in scores on the same line of the right and left sides of the body and the assessment of the scar on the scale POSAS by the dermatologist is less than 20 points and by the patient himself is less than 10 points.
EFFECT: method provides increased efficiency of general rehabilitation, including not only cosmetic changes, but also functionality, pain syndrome caused by improper scarring and inadequate compensatory reaction of the body.
