FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used for diagnostics of clinical activity of postoperative scar of anterior abdominal wall. Shear wave elastometry is performed, Young's modulus Emean is evaluated, and if values are more than 30 kPa, clinical activity of the scar is diagnosed, and if the values are less than 30 kPa, the absence of its clinical activity is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables diagnosing the clinical activity of the postoperative scar of the anterior abdominal wall with continuing additional neural activity associated with the formation of the adhesive process by evaluating the Young's modulus Emean.
