SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to a needle having a safety mechanism, and, in particular, is related to a Huber needle assembly (10; 110), having a safety mechanism, containing a needle sleeve (12; 112), a base (14; 114), a Huber needle (16; 116) configured for sliding movement by means of the needle sleeve (12; 112), a holder (16; 116) with lugs, having two lugs (18; 118) on opposite sides of the holder (16; 116) with lugs, a connector (24; 124), which connects the sleeve (12; 112) of the needle and the base (14; 114) to protect the tip of the Huber needle.
EFFECT: Huber needle assembly is proposed.
