FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: track diagnostics, namely, assessing the condition of the track during measurements and technical inspections in order to identify damage and determine the technical condition of railway track objects, in particular intermediate railway fastenings. In the method for diagnosing railway track fastenings, deformation of the intermediate rail fastening unit is measured using data from the passage of the load complex. Before starting measurements, intermediate rail fastenings of one type are calibrated at the measurement site, then the deformation values of the intermediate rail fastening assembly ΔDfast arising from the influence of the loaded and unloaded platform of the loading complex on it are measured. After this, for each type of intermediate rail fastenings at the measurement site, depending on the amount of deformation of the intermediate rail fastening unitΔDfast determine the tightening state of the fasteners and compare it with the standard value of the tightening state for a certain type of intermediate rail fastenings. Deformation of the intermediate rail fasteningΔDfast is determined taking into account the difference in the subsidence of the rail relative to the sleeper when passing the loaded and unloaded platform of the loading complex.
EFFECT: improvement in accuracy and reliability of determining the current tightening torque of fasteners on the track and, consequently, traffic safety.
