SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a porous collagen matrix based on dry collagen, characterized by the following: the raw material is AKSOLAGEN marinum marine collagen, which is swollen in a solution of organic acid selected from formic and acetic acid at pH 3–4 for 10–12 hours, followed by the addition of glyoxal to the resulting dispersion in an amount of 10 wt.%. from the mass of dry collagen and glycerin in the amount of 30–50 wt.%. from the mass of dry collagen, then the resulting suspension is frozen at a temperature of -50° C, lyophilized at temperatures from -50 to - 60°C and a residual pressure of 5 Pa and subsequently sterilized.

EFFECT: obtaining collagen matrices based on dry marine collagen isolated from deep-sea squid.
