FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and method of manufacturing a 3D collagen matrix based on allogeneic or xenogenic connective tissue membrane, including mechanical cleaning of adipose tissue, processing with hypertonic solutions of salts, exposure to alkali solution, followed by neutralization, processing of raw materials with carbonic acid, obtained by saturating water with high pressure carbon dioxide, placing the material in a freezer at 60–80 °C for 6–12 hours, lyophilization and sterilization.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining 3D collagen matrix with a given thickness, porosity and high biocompatible properties; in addition, the method provides complete removal of acid residues from the matrix.
