FIELD: coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the forming coatings using the electrospark alloying method and can be used in various branches of mechanical engineering: aerospace, shipbuilding, energy, agricultural and others, as well as in particular for forming coatings on working and guide blades of steam and gas turbines. The device eliminates the need to move the electrode together with the electric motor during the process of forming a coating on the working surface of the part.
EFFECT: ease of use of the device for electrospark formation of coatings with a rotating electrode manually, as well as reduction of the load on the manipulator of the robotic complex in the case of attaching the device to the above-mentioned manipulator; more accurate positioning of the electrode above the working surface of the part is ensured by increasing stability during rotation, as well as increasing the cooling efficiency of the hollow shaft with a collet with an electrode attached to it.
