SUBSTANCE: following has been proposed: a method of producing the protein glutaminase enzyme, which involves cultivating a recombinant producer strain of Escherichia coli AK21, which is a strain of E. coli BL21(DE3)-pET15b-PG, obtained by transforming E. coli BL21 (DE3) with the plasmid pET15b-PG, design which is shown in figure 1, on a medium containing tryptone, yeast extract, glycerol and glucose, induction of enzyme biosynthesis with lactose and isopropyl-β-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside and purification of the enzyme by chromatography.
EFFECT: invention ensures the production of protein glutaminase enzyme with a concentration of at least 3 mg/ml and a target protein content of at least 95%.
