FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treating functional disorders accompanying human cervical spine diseases, namely to methods of kinesitherapeutic treatment using machine vision means. Disclosed is a method characterized by the fact that therapeutic exercises are selected for the treatment of the cervical spine in the form of weight-bearing exercises aimed at restoring the human cervical spine, thereafter, the formed therapeutic exercises are transmitted to the client application of the patient, and the patient performs said therapeutic exercises in front of a video camera connected to the client application. In the client application, a video sequence is formed, in which an image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at reference points, the angular deviations of the patient relative to the reference points of the right and left ear, right and left hip joint, right and left shoulder joint are estimated, as well as relative to the central vertical axis of the cervical spine during therapeutic exercises, and the obtained angular deviations are compared with the angular deviations of the personal norm of angular mobility of the cervical spine. At the same time, the patient is informed about the errors or the patient is given a signal to stop doing the exercises, wherein every 15 sessions of performing the set of exercises on the cervical spine distributed over the days, repeated functional diagnostics is performed, and addition of weight load is permissible only with increase of personal norm of functionality of cervical spine by 20 %.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of accurate treatment of functional disorders in cervical spine diseases, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of cervical spine diseases with independent performance of therapeutic exercises by the patient.
