SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a genetic construct, and can be used to produce a recombinant protein of Alkalihalobacillus Clausii alkaline protease. Genetic construct pBU-Sav SEQ ID NO: 2, containing codon-optimized for Bacillus subtilis nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and providing extracellular expression of alkaline protease in the Bacillus subtilis system, having elements in accordance with the physical and genetic map presented in Fig. 1.

EFFECT: invention enables efficient synthesis and secretion of Alkalihalobacillus Clausii alkaline protease in the Bacillus subtilis system.
