SUBSTANCE: invention relates to renewable power engineering, in particular to sailing power plants. In the installation, comprising a system of rigid sails, a regulator of its movements and an electric generator, a guide fixed on a cable is introduced, along which a rectangular frame moves on wheels fixed on the upper side of the frame, in which a system of rigid sails is inserted, made in the form of plates fixed in the frame so that they can rotate about a vertical axis passing through the middle of the plates, to the upper ends of which pins are attached on one side, on which a rack is put, which, when in contact with the device for changing the position of sails, installed on the movement regulator, changes the angular position of the plates inserted into the frame, at that, to the ends of the frame lower side the electric generator cable forming a loop is attached, which on one side passes through the pulley fixed on the support, and on the other side through the pulley located on the electric generator axis.

EFFECT: wider field of use of sailing power plants.
