FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of forming a high-emission coating using a gas-dynamic detonation method of sputtering on a heat-release surface of a bakery oven. Said metal heat-release surface is prepared by sand blasting and chemical treatment using solvent gasoline. Then, gas-dynamic detonation sputtering of iron oxide powder with dispersion of 20–40 mcm is performed with frequency of detonation initiation cycles of 20 Hz. Air – 1.41 l/min, oxygen – 2.87 l/min and propane-butane – 0.54 l/min are simultaneously fed into the main combustion chamber of the gas-dynamic detonation unit and into the side combustion chamber of said plant – air – 1.08 l/min, oxygen – 3.26 l/min and propane-butane – 0.65 l/min. Distance from the metal heat-release surface of the bakery oven to the nozzle of the barrel of said gas-dynamic detonation installation is 30–40 mm, and the speed of passage of said nozzle over the area of the heat-releasing surface of the baking oven is equal to 1,000–2,000 mm/min.
EFFECT: providing the formation of a high-emission coating on the heat-release surface of the bakery oven, having high adhesion strength, high coefficient of radiation in the infrared range and resistance to thermal cycling.
