SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a product in the form of a nicotine sachet. Product contains a sachet composition and a sachet membrane in which the sachet composition is enclosed, wherein the sachet composition contains at least one water-insoluble fibre, water in an amount of at least 15% by weight of the composition, and nicotine. Membrane of the bag contains additional nicotine in an amount of at least 15% by weight of the total nicotine content in the product in the form of the bag. Water-insoluble fibre is selected from wheat fibres, pea fibres, rice fibres, maize fibres, oat fibres, tomato fibres, barley fibres, rye fibres, fibres from sugar beet, buckwheat fibres, potato fibres, apple fibres, coconut fibres, bamboo fibres, bran fibres, powdered cellulose and any their combination.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to quickly release nicotine, as well as to achieve a highly desirable sensation in the user’s mouth without using tobacco.
