SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a substrate arrangement module for solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis. Said module includes an independent circuit of the vacuum clamp along the perimeter of the substrate for its fixation and an independent circuit with a chamber for pumping liquid from the substrate, as well as a rigid stop made of porous material to support the substrate and pumping reagents from the pores of the substrate.

EFFECT: providing simultaneous fixation of the substrate and removal of reagents by vacuum pumping.
