FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a CRISPR-Cas RNA guide molecule, which is able to bind to the target highly conserved regions of the bla-NDM-1 antibiotic resistance gene and contains a sequence selected from the sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-8. Invention also relates to a ribonucleoprotein complex of the CRISPR-Cas system for detecting the bla-NDM-1 antibiotic resistance gene, formed from RNA-guided DNA endonuclease LbCpf1 from Lachnospiraceae, and at least one said guide RNA.
EFFECT: present invention provides a considerably more effective detection of the bla-NDM-1 antibiotic resistance gene.
