FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to versions of a kit for detecting antibiotic resistance gene bla-OXA-1. Said kit contains either targeted DNA endonuclease LbCpf1 from Lachnospiraceae and a molecule of the guide RNA of the CRISPR-Cas system, which is able to bind to target highly conserved sections of the antibiotic resistance gene bla-OXA-1 and contains a nucleotide sequence selected from the sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-3, or a ribonucleoprotein complex of the CRISPR-Cas system formed from said constituents.
EFFECT: present invention provides a considerable increase in the efficiency of detecting the antibiotic resistance gene bla-OXA-1.
