SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coffee production. Described is device (1) for roasting coffee beans and collecting husks from roasted coffee beans, wherein device (1) comprises chamber (10) in which coffee beans can be placed for roasting, which comprises opening (12) for access to chamber (10) to at least remove coffee beans from chamber (10), and collector (50) for husks from coffee beans, which are roasted by means of chamber (10), wherein collector (50) for husks is made with possibility of movement relative to specific axis for movement between closed position, in which collector (50) for husks closes opening (12) of chamber (10) for roasting coffee beans, and open position, in which collector (50) for husks does not close hole (12) of chamber (10), so that access to chamber (10) is possible through hole (12) for removal of coffee beans from chamber (10), in which axis displacement passes in vertical direction, opening (12) is located for access to chamber (10) along the vertical direction, wherein the axis of movement is the axis of rotation, so that during rotary movement around the axis, husk collector (50) moves between a closed position and an open position.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to conveniently rotate the collector around the vertical axis to provide access to the hole through which the chamber is filled or emptied, at the same time the device becomes more compact.
