FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method for genotyping the polymorphic locus rs12585036 (C>T) of the ATP11A gene in humans. Said method is carried out by real-time PCR using allele-specific fluorescent probes, wherein identification of allelic variants of rs12585036 (C>T) of the ATP11A gene is carried out using forward and reverse primers rs12585036 with sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2, respectively, as well as using rs12585036-C-allele-specific and rs12585036-T-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO: 3 and 4, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple and cost-effective method of genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism rs12585036 (C>T) using allele-specific signalling probes containing FAM and ROX fluorophores.
