FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to testing of high-temperature superconducting tape of the second generation. Measurement method provides for: adjusting the test device for testing the peel strength in the transverse direction of the high-temperature superconducting tape of the second generation and obtaining test results; performing statistical studies of three-parameter Weibull distribution based on test results, and using the least squares method in order to approximate and obtain proportional parameters, shape parameters and positional parameters of the Weibull distribution for the peel strength of the high-temperature superconducting tape of the second generation; and obtaining function of duration of faultless operation of high-temperature superconducting tape of the second generation depending on the Weibull distribution function for the duration of faultless operation, proportional parameters, shape parameters and positional parameters. Welding fixture used in the second generation high-temperature superconducting tape peel strength testing device, which comprises an upper mounting plate, lower bottom panel and upper rod; wherein the upper mounting plate is parallel to the lower bottom panel, the upper mounting plate is provided with a coupling, inside the coupling there is an upper rod, coupling is vertical with respect to the upper mounting plate and the lower bottom panel; upper rod in the coupling has degrees of freedom only in the vertical direction; and the upper rod is in fixed connection with the upper anvil of the device for testing the peel strength in the transverse direction of the high-temperature superconducting tape of the second generation.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining duration of trouble-free operation of superconducting tape of the second generation in conditions of tension at tension in transverse direction.
