SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, molecular genetic diagnostics, in particular, to a method for genotyping a polymorphic locus rs706121 (C>T) of the BAG1 gene in a human by real-time PCR using allele-specific fluorescent probes, which provides for PCR using specially selected primers and probes with fluorophores in an amplifier with fluorescence detection. Invention can be used in medicine in determining the hereditary predisposition to the development of diseases associated with the carriage of the polymorphic variant rs706121 (C>T) of the BAG1 gene.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of methods for genotyping polymorphic variants of the BAG1 gene, is characterized by simplicity, accuracy and low cost.
