SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for detecting nucleic acids, in particular to a transporting mechanism and apparatus for detecting nucleic acids. Transporting mechanism comprises: a frame; movable plate (20) mounted on frame (10) with possibility of movement in horizontal direction; and first bearing table (30) arranged on movable plate (20) with possibility of movement in vertical direction. Movable plate (20) has position of material transfer located above frame (10), and position of material selection, protruding forward from frame (10). Apparatus for detecting nucleic acids includes: a base comprising a first region and a second region, between which a separating structure comprising a rotary flap is located; and transporting mechanism.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides solving problems of complexity of design and high production costs of installations for detecting nucleic acids.
