SUBSTANCE: device for creating a disocclusion in the distal dental arches and/or changing the position of the lower jaw is connected to the orthodontic apparatus for correcting the position of the upper dentition and is made in the form of a volumetric figure, including a base corresponding to the palatal surface, oral surface (1) connected to the base, right side (2) connected to the base and the oral surface, left side (3) connected to the base and an oral surface located parallel to the right face, and vestibular surface (4) connected to the base, a right face and a left face. Vestibular surface and the oral surface are located at an angle to each other.
EFFECT: correction of the position of the lower jaw is achieved in combination with the correction of the position of the teeth, more effective correction of the position of the lower jaw in combination with the correction of the position of the teeth and reliability of the device during operation, as well as improved ergonomics, usability and safety of the device.
