SUBSTANCE: system for correcting the position of the lower jaw includes upper and lower elements connected to orthodontic appliances for correcting the position of teeth of the corresponding dentition. Upper and lower elements are made in the form of a volumetric body, comprising a base attached to the orthodontic apparatus for correcting the position of the upper or lower teeth above or below the level of the buccal surface of the teeth, respectively. Vestibular surface is connected by the upper or lower part to the base, and by the lower or upper part—to the end surface, respectively. Oral surface upper or lower part is connected to base, and lower or upper part—to end surface, respectively. Mesial and distal surfaces are connected by their lateral sides with the corresponding lateral sides of the oral and vestibular surfaces and the upper or lower part are connected to the base, and lower or upper—with end surface, respectively. Mesial surface of the upper element is located at an acute angle to the base of the upper element. Distal surface of the lower element is located at an acute angle to the base of the lower element. Upper element faces with its mesial surface to distal surface of lower element.

EFFECT: enabling correction of the position of the lower jaw in combination with the correction of the position of the teeth, improving efficiency of correction and reliability of the system during operation, as well as improving ergonomics, usability and safety of the system.
