SUBSTANCE: device for creating dental arches disocclusion and changing the position of upper teeth and/or changing the position of the lower jaw is connected to the orthodontic apparatus for correcting the position of the teeth of the lower dentition and is made in the form of a volumetric figure, including vestibular surface (1) connected to the surface of the orthodontic apparatus corresponding to the vestibular surface of the teeth, vestibular-occlusal surface (2), connected to the vestibular surface in the anterior portion and to the oral surface in the posterior portion, oral surface (3) connected in upper part with vestibular-occlusal surface and in lower part with orthodontic appliance surface corresponding to oral surface of teeth, to form a rib corresponding to the base line of the lower dentition, and lateral vertical faces, right (4) and left (5), connected to vestibular surface, oral surface, vestibular-occlusal surface. At that, the vestibular-occlusal surface connection line with the oral surface is located above the vestibular-occlusal surface connection line with the vestibular surface, and includes bars connected by upper part with vestibular-occlusal surface and oral surface.

EFFECT: lower jaw position correction combined with teeth position correction, higher efficiency of orthodontic correction, device reliability, as well as improved ergonomics, usability and safety of the device.
