FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for early diagnosis of circulatory deficiency of optic nerve disc and peripapillary region of retina in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG) is carried out, and a volumetric blood flow coefficient is calculated based on LSFG blood flow parameters. With a ratio of the image fuzziness index of the microvasculature (MT) in the temporal segment of the optic nerve disc and peripapillary retina and the average image fuzziness (MBR) of the optic disc and peripapillary retina, a volumetric blood flow coefficient K=MT in the temporal sector/MBR is calculated. At value K≤0.72, presence of circulatory deficiency is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides the selection of an adequate approach to managing the patients in primary open-angle glaucoma by assessing the optic disc blood circulation.
