FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry for production of dry objects in vacuum, and can also be used for production of dry gelatine. In the vacuum dryer for dry and liquid products, consisting of a housing in which there are sections of drying chambers, a conveyor belt, a vacuum pump, a pipeline, a heating element, moisture and movement sensors, a digital panel, an inspection window. A vacuum is created in the drying chamber and the product is heated in stages by means of a heating element with temperature increase every 10 minutes for 60 minutes to ensure stage-by-stage heating of the drying object.
EFFECT: invention shall ensure production of dry high-protein food and pharmaceutical components.
