FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a method of joint control of a multichannel braking system of a mine elevator. Method includes obtaining abrasion loss of a brake pad by determining information on the position of the brake pad of each disc brake in real time, subdivision of levels of abrasion losses by determining different degrees of abrasion of the brake pad, formulation of three modes of distribution of braking force – average distribution, proportional distribution and exponential distribution – in accordance with levels of abrasion loss. Due to this dynamic adjustment of preset braking pressure of each of disc brakes is performed, tracking and control of preset braking pressure by means of disc brakes using closed-loop pressure control method using feedback by pressure signal from oil pressure sensor.
EFFECT: implementation of joint control of braking of multichannel braking system of mine elevator, improvement of safety and reliability of braking system.
