FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: biocompatible matrix based on bacterial cellulose and peptides of natural origin, containing a biopolymer material based on bacterial cellulose synthesized using a symbiotic culture of Medusomyces gisevii Sa-28, and biologically active components: peptides obtained by acid-enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins of embryonic and extra-embryonic tissues of 10-day-old chicken embryos, in amount of 0.12–0.2 mg/cm3 with a matrix thickness of 3–5 mm; as antimicrobial agents, chlorhexidine in amount of 6–10 mcg/cm3 with a matrix thickness of 3–5 mm and metronidazole in amount of 6–10 mcg/cm3 with a matrix thickness of 3–5 mm.
EFFECT: invention provides extension of agents used for activation of reparative processes of damaged tissues, with enhanced antimicrobial action.
