SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacology, specifically to 5-amino-substituted 3-bromo-4-nitro-1H-pyrazole derivative of general formula given below, in which NRR' is benzylamino (compound I), anilino (compound II), pyrrolidino-1 (compound III), piperidino-1 (compound IV) and 4-methylpiperazino-1 (compound V).
EFFECT: disclosed compounds have antidepressant activity comparable to amitriptyline.
