FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutics, namely to a method for stimulating growth of L. Crispatus relative to E. coli in the urogenital region of a patient. Method for stimulating the growth of L. Crispatus relative to E. coli in the urogenital region of a patient in need thereof, so that the therapeutic effect is more than 30, wherein the method comprises the local introduction into the urogenital region of the patient of a composition comprising one therapeutic agent, which is isomaltulose, and an aqueous solvent, wherein the content of one therapeutic agent is 0.1 to 2.0 wt./vol.% of the composition.
EFFECT: above-described method provides stimulation of growth of Lactobacillus Crispatus relative to Escherichia coli in urogenital area of patient in need thereof, so that therapeutic effect is more than 30.
