SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aerosol generating device, a charging case with several power sources and an aerosol generation kit. Charging case for the aerosol-generating device comprises a case connector for receiving electric power from an external source, a plurality of case cavities, a mounting section for connecting the aerosol-generating device with the charging case, and a case control unit. Each of the plurality of cavities of the cover is configured to accommodate at least one of the plurality of power sources. Jacket control unit is configured to charge the first of the plurality of power sources through the jacket connector using power from an external power source and charge the aerosol generating device connected to the mounting section through the second of the plurality of power sources, or through the jacket connector using power from an external power source. Surplus of power supplies is provided and continued operation is guaranteed in case of failure of one of multiple power supplies.
EFFECT: reduced load on multiple power sources due to possibility to charge device generating aerosol, through one of multiple power sources or through jacket connector, and, as a result, increased service life of power sources.
