SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a mould for making a nozzle element from a liquid ceramic composition, a moulding device, a method of making a nozzle element, a nozzle element and a reactor. Mold for making a nozzle element from a liquid ceramic composition includes a first part and a second part. First part and /or the second part includes an open cavity of the mould. First and second parts can be brought into contact to form a closed mould cavity. Mold additionally includes an element forming a reservoir. Mold is made with possibility of transfer from open position, in which first and second parts are at least partially spaced from each other so that reservoir element forms cavity of reservoir, and cavity of mould is open, into a partially closed position, in which the cavity of the reservoir has been displaced relative to the cavity of the mould, and/or the volume of the cavity of the reservoir has decreased, and then, into closed position, in which the first and second parts are brought into contact so that the mould cavity is closed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides improvement of the obtained catalyst substrates having the best combination of the required properties.
