At value y' from 0.68 to 1, endometriosis is diagnosed in the patient. At value y' from 0 to 0.68, the absence of endometriosis is diagnosed in the patient.

EFFECT: method enables early non-invasive diagnosis of endometriosis of various severity by analysing the lipid profile of dry drops of menstrual blood by HPLC-MS as a result of applying a classifying model built on the basis of a logistic regression method for calculating a response variable (y'): taking into account levels of 2 lipids: PE P-16:0/18:1 and PE P-18:0/20:4.
