SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system of attracting a protein to the site of a DNA break when editing the genome of a mammal by homologous repair using the CRISPR system, including the protein of interest, cross-linked with the PP7 protein, and guide RNA.
EFFECT: proposed system expands the arsenal of existing editing systems and facilitates their use in fundamental research in cell biology, as well as in the therapy of genetic diseases.
