FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a device for estimating the amount of heat supplied to cast iron in a blast furnace, computer-readable medium with a recorded program for estimating the amount of heat supplied and a method for controlling a blast furnace, comprising a step for controlling the amount of heat supplied to the blast furnace based on the amount of heat supplied to cast iron in the blast furnace. When evaluating the amount of heat supplied to the cast iron in the blast furnace, an evaluation step is carried out, at which the change in the physical heat carried away by the gas passing inside the furnace is evaluated, and change of physical heat introduced by raw material, heated by gas passing inside furnace, and also estimating the amount of heat supplied to the cast iron in the blast furnace, taking into account the said estimated changes in the carried away physical heat and the introduced physical heat. At the same time, at the evaluation stage, the cast iron production rate is calculated using the amount of oxygen in the blown air per unit of time, the amount of carbon gasified in the blast furnace, and the amount of carbon required for heating and reducing the iron content to a given unit value in the molten cast iron, and estimating the amount of heat supplied to the cast iron in the blast furnace using said estimated rate of cast iron production, and estimating the amount of heat retained in the fixed layer of coke in the blast furnace, and estimating the amount of heat supplied to the cast iron in the blast furnace, taking into account said estimated amount of heat retained in the fixed layer of coke.
EFFECT: accurate estimation of the amount of heat supplied to cast iron, and accurate adjustment of temperature of molten cast iron within the specified range at considerable change of intensity of blast furnace operation.
